  • i 2-3 pound brisket roast, Not corned beefiness brisket
  • 3 tbsp of your favorite barbecue rub
  • ane tbsp dark-brown sugar
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 one/two cups of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
